*會員預購每筆ID限購4張票券，公開售票每人每交易限購4張票券。若經核對發現同一會員ID購票數超過4張，主辦單位有權取消該票券交易。
*Purchase limit is 4 tickets for MY MEMBERSHIP per sale and 4 tickets per show per account for Public on sale. If more than 4 tickets are purchased with the same member ID after verification, the organizer has the right to cancel the ticket transaction.
*所有票價均為坐席（對號入座）。Each ticket is assigned a specific seat.
*年齡限制: 只限3歲或以上；每張門票只供一人進場。入場時必需持有有效門票。Age limit: 3 years or above. One person per ticket regardless of age. A valid ticket is required for admission
*Cityline訂購成功之實體門票可於2024年7月12日上午10時起領取。請攜同您在網上購票時使用的取票編碼及密碼到鄰近Cityline自助取票機領取或以郵寄/智能櫃方法(客人須付郵資)領取門票。
*Cityline physical tickets can be collected from 10AM ON 12 JULY (FRI) 2024.Please bring the ticket collection number you used when purchasing tickets online to collect your tickets at the nearby “Cityline UTDM self-service ticket machine” or by mail/smart locker method (Guests must pay postage) to collect ticket.
*Fantopia訂購成功之實體門票將於2024年7月12日起陸續寄出，請您在購票時輸入準確地址電話等正確訊息，門票寄出後，您可透過”Fantopia-我的門票 “關注門票寄送狀態。中國大陸港澳之外的購票者：請留意後續門票換領通知.
Fantopia physical tickets will be delivered staring on JULY 12, 2024. Please enter the correct information (eg. address & phone number) when you purchase the tickets. You can track the status of ticket deliveries through “Fantopia- My Tickets”. Ticket purchasers from outside Mainland, Hong Kong and Macau: Please pay attention to the subsequent ticket redemption notice.
*演出門票如有遺失、損毀，塗污或被竊，主辦及售票機構概不補發或更換門票，亦不會承擔任何責任，敬請小心保管。If ticket is lost, damaged, defaced or stolen, the Organizer and ticketing agency will not reissue or replace the ticket, and will not bear any responsibility. Please keep it carefully.
*持票人必須遵守亞洲國際博覽館之條例及規則，否則可能會被拒進場並不獲退款。Ticket holders must abide by the rules and regulations of AsiaWorld-Expo. Otherwise, may be denied entry to the venue without refund.
